“Tokaji Angi Sárgamuskotály“
Region : The vineyard of Tokaj is located in the north-east of Hungary, on the border of Ukraine. It is enclosed between 3 mountains and extends over 5,500 ha (of which 3,000 are planted). Generally, the subrock consists of volcanic tuff, and loess soil and clay on top.
The proximity of Tisza and Bodrog rivers creates a microclimate
favorable to the development of noble rot. The weather is
characterized by harsh winters, dry summers and long autumns, dry and sunny suitable for passerillage.
Since 1630, Tokaj’s production has been regulated. It is one of the first regions in the world to have benefited
