Region : The vineyard, South/South-West facing, is located in Saint-Avitde-Soulège close to Castillon-La-Bataille.

The soils of this viticultural area are mainly composed of limestone, silica, gravels and silts. Sauvignon is the majority white varietal of this AOC. It is often assembled with Semillon and Muscadelle. It is this blend of grape varieties that gives these wines a particular aroma, appreciated in young, dry, fresh, lively and fruity wines.

The Taste : The wine is wide and fleshy, well-supported by an acidulous touch. On the whole, it is well-balanced, elegant and long.

Serving Suggestions : With oysters and other seafood dishes, skewered fish or with marinated white meats. This wine is ideal with a good selection of cheeses, such as Cantal, sheep or goat cheese.

To be served at 8-10°C

Aging Capacity : 2 to 3 years.
