Product Description
Region : Saumur Champigny comes from AOC Saumur. Its appellation covers 9 municipalities of Maine-et-Loire, near the town of Champigny. 85,000 hectoliters of wine are produced annually from an area of 1,500 hectares. The soil of the vineyards has the distinction of being covered with sand, gravel and clay, which distinguishes this wine from other wines from AOC Saumur, and gives it different character and makes it an exceptional wine.

Cultural method : The spaces in between the rows of vines are covered with grass. Use of treatements is well-planned and reduced to a minimum with the aim of preserving the quality of the grapes. Double Guyot pruning. Manual thinning out of the leaves is done after the veraison.
Winemaking : Maturated in a tank. Storage on laths for 30 months in the limestone caves of the domain.
Serving Suggestions : Perfect for aperitive or cocktails.
Serve fresh at 8-10 °C.
