Region : The vineyards of Alsace Grand Cru Pfersigberg are located in the towns of Eguisheim and Wettolsheim, 6 kilometers South-West of Colmar in the Haut-Rhin. The 74,55 ha of these vineyards are located between 228 m and 348 m above sea level on gentle slopes facing South and East, and have very good exposure to the sun.
Pfersigberg wines are rich, elegant and delicate. The gewurztraminers are characterized by their full-body, fruity aroma and longevity. The Pfersigberg name means “hill of peach.”

The Taste : Exotic fruit, notes of litchi and mango. The mineral finish reveals the limestone marl of the terroir Pfersigberg.
Serving Suggestions :
Delicious as an aperitif, it is ideal with foie gras or raw milk cheese such as Roquefort or Munster.
Served at 10-12 °C.
