Product Description
Region : Touraine is located on the sedimentary Parisian basin formed during the Mesozoic era from marine deposits. These deposits consist of white chalk called “tuffeau”. The top most layer of deposit, which has less limestone but is rich in clay and silica, forms the “flint clay” that covers the plateau.

Cultural method : The domain´s work is certified with a ”Terra Vitis” label, which certifies that the environtment and the sustainability of the vineyard are respected. Pruning with Single Guyot. Mechanical disbudding and harvesting. Sorting of the grapes and complete destalking.
Winemaking : Pneumatic pressing. Cold settling of the press-juice during one week. Fermenting during 20 days between 14-18°C. Temperature and density are checked daily. Maturing in tanks. Cellulosic gum is used to precipitated the tartar.
The Colour : Pale gold with green tints.
The Smell : Vivid, fruity (citrus and exotic fruits) and floral.
The Taste : Light with citrus aromas. The freshness and the structure of Sauvignon give it its full length.
Serving Suggestions : This wine can be served as an aperitif. It goes well with fish, seafood and goats cheese. Serve at 12-13 °C.
Aging Capacity : 3 to 5 years.
