Product Description
Region : Muscadet Sevre et Maine AOC comes from the AOC Muscadet. The vineyard is South-East of Nantes, covers 23 municipalities and is watered by two rivers, the Sevre-Nantes and Little-Maine, who gave it is name. With an area of 8350 hectares and yield 55hl/ha, the annual production of dry white wine is approximately 470,000 hl. Soils are composed of metamorphic and igneous rocks of the Armorican Massif, gneiss, mica schist, greenstone and to a lesser extent granite. The local soil helps to produce fine juice due to the presence of crystalline rocks. For a beautiful structure, grapes are selected and harvested from belated soil.

Winemaking : Direct pressing.
Vinification in stainless steel tanks with temperature control of fermentation.
Produced and stored on the lees for a minimum of 24 months, with regular stirring, the wine is then filtered and bottled.
The Colour : Brilliant golden yellow color.
The Smell : Smoky aromas, dry and candied fruit (apricot)
The Taste : A powerful and round wine, with anexcellent attack. It is a charming wine, delicate and concentrated.
Serving Suggestions : As an aperitif, with all the hot entrees of seafood and fish (grilled lobster, prawns, scallops Saint-Jacques). Perfect agreement with your fish with sauce and meat, you can also use it with fois gras and cheese (soft yellow cheese, goat cheese…)
Serve at 12-14°C.
